Ozark High School

September 10, 2025

This week, Code Scientists welcomed students from Ozark High School and their teachers, Ms. Lander and Mr. Floyd, for a hands-on learning experience. Our team shared insight into the many sides of software and hardware development. Highlights from the day included:

- A look at the hardware and firmware work we do for Philips in mobile cardiac monitoring.
- An interactive session where Seth guided students through building a web-based tic-tac-toe game with AI and Cursor.
- A code challenge workshop with John, where students collaborated on solving bugs and writing code.
- A panel-style Q&A where Markus, Seth, John, Mike, and Trevor discussed their roles, daily work, and the skills needed to succeed in technology fields.

At Code Scientists, we believe that sparking curiosity and offering real-world insights can help students imagine what is possible in their futures. We would love to thank Ms. Lander and Mr. Floyd for bringing your students to spend the day with us. We are grateful for the opportunity to connect with future developers and innovators.
